Methos is the legendary 5000+ year immortal. Methos is also a watcher, using the alias Adam Pierson. Methos was originaly an evil Immortal, and was even one of the Four Horsemen of Apocalypse, along with Kronos, Silas, and Caspian. He took his first head around 3000 B.C. He has now changed his once evil ways and assists Immortals he thinks are good, such as Duncan MacLeod, who he first met in 1995. He is now good friends with Duncan MacLeod, Amanda, and his fellow watcher Joe Dawson. An interesting quote from him is this "My job is to find myself, and I make sure it never happens." This is due to the fact his job as a watcher is to work on the Methos chronicle. Being a watcher is also useful to Methos because he can learn where other Immortals are, and can then stay away from them.
